Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Priventix ("Priventix", "we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of antivirusguide-2026.com (the "Site"), operated on behalf of Priventix, and any Priventix products and subscriptions you purchase through it. By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site and purchase our products. The Site is directed to users in the United States.

2. Accounts & licences

Some products require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Subject to these Terms and the applicable end-user licence agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the software on the number of devices included in your plan, for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, or share your licence.

3. Products & subscriptions

Priventix products may include Antivirus, VPN, Password Manager, encrypted Cloud Drive, and the Total Protection bundle. Products are sold as subscriptions that continue for the term shown at checkout (for example, annual or monthly) until cancelled.

4. Automatic renewal

Your subscription automatically renews. At the end of each term, your subscription renews for a further term of the same length and your payment method is charged the then-current renewal price, plus applicable taxes, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise these recurring charges until you cancel. We will send renewal and pricing information where required by law.

5. VPN trial

Antivirus plans may include a 7-day Priventix VPN trial. Your antivirus licence is active immediately and is not a trial. Unless you cancel the VPN before the 7-day trial ends, the VPN continues at $19.99 per month, billed monthly, until you cancel. Total Protection includes full VPN access with no trial period.

6. Billing authorisation

You authorise Priventix and its payment processor to charge your payment method for your initial purchase, any applicable taxes, any VPN charges after a trial, and each renewal at the then-current price, until your subscription is cancelled. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support@priventix.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund applies, your access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for.

8. Refunds

Eligible purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact support@priventix.ai with your order number within 30 days of the charge. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Monthly VPN charges billed after a trial are governed by this policy from the date of each charge.

9. Pricing & changes

Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and may change. We may change prices, features, or the composition of a plan; changes to renewal pricing take effect at your next renewal, with notice where required. Introductory or discounted prices apply only to the term stated, after which the subscription renews at the then-current standard price.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or the products: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful use; no interference with or disruption of the services; no reverse engineering, except as permitted by law; no attempt to access the Site other than through the interface we provide; and compliance with the applicable end-user licence and any VPN acceptable-use rules.

11. Third-party services

The Site and products may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, payment processing). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

12. Intellectual property

The Site, the products, and all related software, content, and trademarks are owned by Priventix or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the licence granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

13. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Security software reduces risk but cannot guarantee the detection or prevention of every threat, and we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priventix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site or products will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Priventix harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or products or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your place of residence.

17. Dispute resolution

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us at support@priventix.ai so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may bring proceedings in a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. To the extent a forum selection is legally permitted, the courts of the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction. You and Priventix retain any right to bring an eligible claim in small-claims court. We do not require individual arbitration or waive class-action rights in these Terms.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or products if you breach these Terms or to protect our services or other users. On termination, the licence granted to you ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the Site or products after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

21. General terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable offer and checkout disclosures, and any end-user licence agreement form the entire agreement concerning the Site and products. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganisation, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the relevant business. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond our control.
